Upon receiving your returned order, our Quality Assurance team will verify that the items have not been worn and all promotional items, if any, are returned. After the evaluation, we will initiate your refund.
My refund, how long will it take?
- Your refund will take approximately 5 business days to process after we have received the returned item(s).
In what manner will I receive the refund?
- The credit will be made to the payment method used for the purchase. If you made the payment via bank transfer, cash payment, or other means that require special processing, your refund will be issued via cheque. For credit card payments, it will reflect in your account within 4-7 business days.
- For international bank transfer purchases, refund will be given in US dollars at the exchange rate applicable during the purchase. Kindly note that we do not take responsibility for any difference in the refund amount due to the exchange rates or other fees that may be charged by your bank or financial institution.
Is the return shipping authorization number also needed?
- Yes, the return shipping authorization number is very important. If this number is not provided, the package will not be eligible for a refund. Return shipping authorizations must be used within seven days of being issued, and you need to ship the package in this time frame.
